Starting his career as a Teacher in Zilla Parishad, he envisioned in establishing an Institution with Traditional values, he founded Ravindra Vidya Niketan, his cherished dream of incorporating Viswakavi Gurudevs Shantiniketan. Ever since its inception, that Institution has been expanding and today it has become a huge organization. He put his heart and soul into this organization. In 1996 he started Ravindra Junior College and produced many state Rankers. Recognizing the importance of women education he started Ravindra Degree College for Women in 2001. As he envisioned Qualitative education, he started Ravindra Residential School and Junior College away from hectic hubbub and humdrum of city in a hamlet “Venkayapalli”. He envisioned the technical changes which revolutionized the field of education and started G.Pullaiah College of Engineering & Technology. Realizing the importance of empowerment of Women he started Ravindra College of Engineering for Women. The Govt. of Andhra Pradesh conferred on him Best Teacher Award for his accomplishments. He is a strict disciplinarian who has imbibed the traits of dignity, decency, decorum and punctuality. He is simple and modest. He is available to the student community round the clock. The motto of Institution “Join to Learn and Leave to Serve” is true as he shed his luster on the student community. His philanthrophic attitude lighted many poor lives.

An Engineering graduate in Mechanical Engineering is visionary with courage to take critical initiatives. As he has Passion for Teaching, he has been teaching Mathematics for Intermediate students for over a decade. Ever since his career, he has been closely involved in guiding the students in achieving the State Ranks in Engineering And Medical Common Entrance Tests.
In order to cherish the dreams of Young Students to become the Tomorrow’s Technocrats and preparing the global manpower with moral and ethical values, he envisioned in establishing a Technical Institution named G. Pullaiah College of Engineering and Technology. From it’s inception,the institution has been a dream choice of many engineering students of this region. Having a desire to empower the women in the techno global society, he is behind the scenes of starting up of Ravindra College of Engineering for Women. His endeavour, to maintain professional excellence, global standards in technical man power by ensuring high quality technical education to all, is applaudable. His uncompromising attitude towards the quality is the key role in establishing state of the art facilities in the campus. He spends most of his time with the student community. He is innovative to the core.

Mr. Gopinath Guduri is a Post Graduate in Computer Science. He eschewed his software profession for a good cause. With his vast and varied experience in the industry, he plays a vital role in the administration. He believes that success can be achieved with the better collaboration of all the stakeholders. With his novel ideas he always strives at poineering innovative education.

Mr. G.Vamsidhar is a Post Graduate in Computer Science & Engineering. Having been with the student community round the clock for almost a dcade, he has masterd in understanding & facilitating their educational & emotional needs. He is a natural mentor and ever smiling who always encourage students.
