This policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience for parents who may need to withdraw their child from our institution.
Scope
This policy applies to all admission cancellations and refund requests, adhering to uniform guidelines without exceptions.
Refund Guidelines
Before the Academic Session Starts:
- Security deposit, annual fee, tuition fee (if paid), and transport fee (if applicable) will be refunded.
- The first part of the admission fee is non-refundable.
After Session Starts (Before June 30):
- Refunds include the security deposit, pro-rated annual and tuition fees, and transport fees.
- The first part of the admission fee remains non-refundable.
After June 30 (Before Next Academic Fee Payment):
- Pro-rated refunds apply for annual and tuition fees.
- Admission fees (both parts) are non-refundable.
In the Final Quarter:
- Refunds are limited to the security deposit and pro-rated fees as per withdrawal timing.
- Fees for any availed services are non-refundable after assessments are conducted.
For Transport Fees:
- Discontinuation notices must be served at least one month in advance to ensure proper adjustments.
Deductions
Refunds are subject to deductions for any pending dues, fines, or damages to school property.
