Global Perspectives @ RIDGE
Global Warriors to Fight Climatic Chaos – Across India, Abu Dhabi & U.K. (Grade VII) 🌍🌱
As part of Ridge School’s Global Perspectives initiative, Grade VII students collaborated with peers from Shining Stars School, Abu Dhabi to explore the climate crisis affecting India, the Middle East, and the U.K. Through virtual meetings, students exchanged ideas and perspectives on environmental challenges and solutions.
The project included elocution sessions, collaborative research, mind map presentations, and a tree plantation campaign, encouraging students to take meaningful environmental action. This international collaboration helped students develop global awareness, critical thinking, and a sense of shared responsibility towards protecting the planet. 🌏🌿

Ms. Raj Kamal Prasad, an accomplished educationist based in Kurnool, serves as the Principal of Ridge School. With over 34 years of experience in reputed institutions, she brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the role. She holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), and a Certificate in Teaching of English from EFLU, Hyderabad.
Renowned for her creative mindset and design thinking approach, Ms. Raj Kamal has consistently guided her students toward excellence. Her visionary leadership and deep commitment to holistic education have helped shape confident, future-ready individuals.
As a seasoned educator who has taught at all levels—from Primary to Senior Secondary—she possesses a keen understanding of student needs across age groups. Her clarity of thought, effective decision-making, and exceptional soft skills are key strengths that contribute to a nurturing and empowering learning environment.
